Who provides the service
The assistant is provided by LB AI Technology Company, a company incorporated in Delaware and registered to do business in California. The service is intended for adults and business users in the United States. For privacy questions or requests concerning your information, contact service@lbai.ai.
What the assistant is for
The assistant provides brief guidance about E2C and links to official Help articles. It does not run projects, accept files or repositories, or manage accounts or payments. AI answers may be incomplete or incorrect. Do not share passwords, API keys, sensitive personal information, or confidential business information.
Information used to answer a question
The planned online service uses your question, up to three recent question-and-answer turns, and relevant public E2C guidance to prepare a response. A temporary session identifier helps maintain your conversation and keep it separate from other conversations. Network and request information, including an IP address where necessary, may be processed to protect the service and control usage.
Conversations and service records
Conversations are designed to expire after 30 minutes of inactivity or 24 hours from their creation, whichever comes first. Closing the chat panel does not end or delete the conversation. Temporary conversation context is separate from service logs and usage records. Full questions and answers are not intended to be included in routine service logs.
The planned retention period for AWS service logs is 30 days; automatic removal may take additional time. Routine human access is intended to be limited to the company’s designated operator. Service access is intended to be limited to what is needed to operate the assistant. Clearing a conversation does not also clear separate usage, security, or cost-control records.
Service providers
The planned online service uses OpenAI to prepare answers and AWS to host and operate the assistant. Model requests are designed to include your question, up to three recent question-and-answer turns, and relevant public E2C guidance—not your project files. These providers’ data handling and retention are separate from our conversation and log settings. Their applicable terms and account settings determine how they process and retain information.
Questions and requests
Contact service@lbai.ai with questions about your information or to request access or deletion. We assess requests under the applicable rules and the systems in use. Some records may need to be retained for a lawful purpose; a request does not guarantee immediate deletion or a particular response time.
