What design partners should prepare

E2C Private Alpha works best when the design partner brings one bounded AI-native project or repo with real release / admission uncertainty.

Current product boundary note. The first commercial-origin E2C release is Core E2C OS runtime scaffold. Design partner engagements are downstream of that Core OS: E2C uses the Core OS to turn bounded repo + narrative / evidence into source-bounded responsibility state, run controlled responsibility transitions, and produce release / hold / block readiness packages. This page describes the design-partner path, not the full scope of the first Core OS release. No arbitrary repo ingestion in the first release.

Bring

  • One bounded AI-native project, repo, workflow, or release-readiness problem
  • Examples of workflow artifacts, policies, prior gate failures, internal review notes, or decision records
  • Known high-responsibility outputs involving customers, money, operations, legal exposure, security, or business commitments
  • Existing agents, coding harnesses, evaluation tools, CI/CD workflows, or human review processes
  • Evidence of where the current system gets stuck, becomes disputed, or cannot be confidently released
  • A team owner who can authorize project scope, evidence sharing, and continuation decisions

Describe in your inquiry

  • What AI-native system or workflow you are building
  • Where admission or release decisions currently break down
  • What evidence exists and what evidence is missing
  • What happens if the AI-generated output is wrong
  • What agents, coding tools, or internal harnesses are already in use
  • Whether the first goal is diagnostic triage, release readiness, or greenfield responsibility construction
