Asking about E2C

Where to find a short product answer, how to ask without sharing confidential material, and when a question needs your own working environment.

Product guidance while you browse

The planned E2C Agent will help with questions before you begin and while using the product, connecting a short answer to official guidance and a useful next step. The same information remains available in Help articles, so you do not need a conversation to read it.

Start with a brief description

What are you working on? How far have you gotten? What is difficult, or what would you like to improve? These are optional ways to begin, not a form you must complete. A short, non-confidential question is enough for product guidance; any follow-up should ask only for a detail that matters.

What this consultation covers

Website consultation explains E2C and points to relevant guidance. It does not accept folders, repositories, or business files, run projects, certify results, or decide professional or business eligibility. It also does not process purchases, change accounts, or handle complaints.

When the question needs your project

Deeper investigation belongs in your own Codex environment, with a clear scope and permission to read or change the work. Any E2C-specific steps depend on the version and capabilities actually available. A product inquiry does not grant access to your project.
