Using official guidance
Find the same information in articles and short answers, or share it with your own assistant.
One body of official guidance
Help brings together an overview, detailed articles, and short prepared answers. The planned website Agent will draw on that same information and link back to it. You or your own assistant can read the articles directly; important information is not confined to a conversation.
Read the conditions as well as the answer
Check which product form and, where known, software version the guidance concerns. Notice whether it describes something available, a future plan, or a detail still undecided. Updating an article does not mean the software has changed, and an older description or illustrative example does not prove a current capability.
Share an article with your assistant
You can give your own assistant a link to a relevant public article. Some assistants may be unable to access it, read it completely, or preserve all its qualifications in a summary. Check the cited source and what it applies to before relying on the answer.
Product-specific help
Help inside the E2C product, including an automatic way for Codex to consult it, has not been confirmed. Detailed operating instructions and experience reports need an identified version, context, and evidence. Verified instructions and user experience reports are not available here yet.
